What information will I receive before pricing a job?
You will receive a clear labour-only scope of works, along with relevant site photos, measurements, project details and proposed renders where available. If anything is unclear, ask before pricing so we can clarify it early.
Will materials be on site when I need them?
Our aim is to organise materials, plant and equipment so the project is ready for your work to begin. If there is a specific lead time, access requirement or delivery arrangement that affects your scope, we will communicate this with you.
What happens if the scope changes?
If extra work, an unforeseen site condition or a client-requested change comes up, contact us before proceeding wherever practical. We will review the change, confirm the required work and agree on the pricing or variation process before it is carried out.
How do I invoice and when do I get paid?
Submit one invoice each month for approved work completed in accordance with the agreed scope. Lockhart Landscaping processes contractor payments on the 20th of each month.
What happens at the end of a project?
We complete a formal client sign-off process. If there are any agreed outstanding items, they are recorded clearly and worked through with the appropriate contractor before the project is closed out.
